Oh, how I love pumpkin pie. It is probably my most favorite type of pie to eat. This is the second batch for this season, and I will probably make a few more. I love to make homemade whipped cream to go along with...it is by far better than the cool whip or whipped cream in a can. I love fall so much, and this is one of the main reasons why.
Speaking of pumpkins, tomorrow, Landon and I are heading to Circleville, Ohio to see my roomie from college and hang out at the coolest Pumpkin Show is the nation!! Can you say pumpkin doughnuts, pumpkin chili, Giant pumpkins, pumpkin guy on roller skates, homemade pumpkin logs?? This is seriously one of the coolest things ever and I get to share it with some great friends. I can't wait to go and take my mind off of baby stuff for awhile.
After that, we're headed to the Rife homestead where we get to hang out with the whole family. I'll be taking engagement photos for Landon's brother and his bride-to-be on Sunday and I can't wait! They are so awesome and we've got some great ideas for the shoot. It should be fun!
